I truly enjoy travelling round zoo's, wildlife parks and other areas of conservation and capturing the wildlife that we otherwise wouldn't get to enjoy in the UK. All of these parks are part of the EU Breeding Programme and so play a key role in the survival of many endangered species.

Living in such a fast paced world, being able to just take a step back and breath deeply out in nature is so important and truly something to treasure. When i'm out in nature nothing else matters but the camera and my subject. Capturing the world's beauty is an absolute joy I will never tire of.
Every Year in Spring I get excited for the new life that is going to be born into our nature parks. Swans and their Cygnets are a particular favourite of mine and in 2022 I spent many days over the course of 3 weeks with a local swan in the hope I would capture the moment her babies hatched and I was over the moon and truly privileged to witness the hatching, from a suitable distance of course!
In addition to animals I do occasionally take photos of humans too, these include weddings and christenings, team building events and even pet photography (had to get an animal in there somewhere didnt I). I also do some product photo work for small businesses to use on their websites and social media.
I do occasionally photograph the odd landscape too. I'm hoping to do a bit more landscape photography in the future, for me choosing interesting locations is key.
